Local Delivery
Local delivery is available within our service area and is offered at the following rates:
- $10 – Same-Day Local Delivery
Delivery pricing and availability will be shown at checkout. From time to time, promotional offers may apply, including free local delivery for qualifying orders.
Same-Day Delivery Timing
Same-day local delivery orders must be placed by 5:00 PM to qualify.
Same-day deliveries are completed within the selected delivery time window. For same-day orders, delivery may occur anytime between 9:00 AM through 7:30 PM, depending on the block chosen and order volume, route planning, and traffic conditions.
Orders placed after 6:00 PM will automatically be scheduled for the next available delivery day, during the time slot selected at checkout.
Delivery Requirements
To ensure successful delivery, all required delivery details must be provided at checkout, including:
- Gate codes
- Apartment/unit numbers/Building Number
- Building access instructions (if applicable)
Missing or incorrect delivery information may result in a delayed delivery.
Communication & Delivery Completion
If we are unable to complete delivery due to missing access information or lack of response at the time of delivery, we will make reasonable attempts to contact the customer using the information provided at checkout.
Delivery will be completed once communication is established and access details are confirmed.
Delivery Notes
- Deliveries are contactless and will be left at the front door unless otherwise noted.
- Please ensure your delivery address and contact information are accurate before completing your order.
Shipping
We offer standard shipping for orders outside of our local delivery area.
Shipping rates and options will be displayed at checkout based on your location and order details. From time to time, free shipping may be available for qualifying orders or promotional periods.
