All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered in the event of an issue caused on our end (such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged product upon delivery).
We do not offer exchanges for issues caused by customer error, including but not limited to:
- Incorrect address provided at checkout
- Failure to retrieve delivered items in a timely manner
- Preference changes or accidental orders
Any approved exchange must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and is subject to availability.
Proof of issue (photo documentation) may be required for exchange consideration.
